Carstairs Elks #556

Chase the ACE!

The Next Chase the ACE Series begins in August 2026!

Congratulations to Linda who found the Ace and won over $72,000 from the last series!

How does the Carstairs Elks Lodge #556 Chase the Ace draw work?
Individuals purchase ticket(s) for the opportunity to potentially win 2 prizes

1. 20% of total ticket sales proceeds raised through the week of sale of Chase the Ace tickets, and
2. a chance at winning the Chase the Ace Progressive Jackpot

One winner is selected from the ticket numbers sold each week and wins a guaranteed 20% of that week’s total ticket sales proceeds. That winner also selects one playing card from a single deck of 52 playing cards in the attempt to select the ACE OF SPADES to win the entire cumulative Progressive Jackpot.

The initial Progressive Jackpot begins with a donation of $2,500.00 made by the Carstairs Elks Lodge #556 and grows each week by 30% of that week’s total ticket sales proceeds.

If the ACE OF SPADES is not drawn, the selected card is removed from the deck and the progressive prize portion of the total ticket sales proceeds for that week is rolled over into the cumulative Progressive Jackpot for the next draw.

If the ACE OF SPADES is drawn, the raffle and its licence ends, a new lottery licence will begin with the cumulative Progressive Jackpot resetting to $2500.00.

Tickets are valid only for the draw they are purchased for. Once the draw is complete, the non-winning tickets are removed from the draw container and a new series of tickets will be sold for the next week’s draw.

Where does the other 80% of the proceeds raised go?
• 30% goes to the cumulative Progressive Jackpot
• 50% goes to the Carstairs Elks Lodge #556. All funds raised go back to the community.
